See If Your iPhone Can Be Jailbroken With This Handy Web App [Jailbreak]

Neat.
The two main questions I always get asked about jailbreaking are, “How do I jailbreak?” and “Can my iPhone even be jailbroken?” Because a jailbreak usually has to be manufactured for each new release of iOS, there’s a good chance that certain version of iOS are jailbreak friendly while others are not. For instance, there’s no public jailbreak for iOS 6 yet.
So, how do you check to see if the iOS device you use is jailbreakable or not?. You could search Google for a few minutes trying to find the right tool, or you could visit a handy web app called JailbreakStatus.

I like JailbreakStatus because of its simplicity. Visit mofodox.me/jbstats on your iOS device and select the iOS firmware version and device you want to jailbreak. A notification will then tell you whether you can jailbreak, and if so, what tools to use. The tutorials section of the web app links to my old friends at iDownloadBlog. You can also refer to our Absinthe 2.0 tutorial for the steps to jailbreaking iOS 5.1.1, the last public jailbreak to be released.
Although we already know the status of the iOS 6 jailbreak, I checked to see if my iPhone 5 running iOS 6 was jailbreakable or not. JailbreakStatus accurately said that it was “still in progress.”
This web app is a great tool to bookmark and check if you are ever wondering what iOS device can be jailbroken. I like it a lot.
